lauren hoselton
Lauren is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where she competed on the track and field team while excelling in year 1 of NIL with over 20 brand deals.
Lauren is extremely passionate about helping student-athletes build their brands and market themselves. After many hours of research, conversations, and getting told no, Lauren has found the best strategies to excel in this space. She now knows how to help student-athletes achieve success with their own NIL journey.
Whether you are a parent trying to understand this space and what you can do to help your child or you are a student-athlete who needs help figuring out your brand, Lauren and Total NIL are for you!
While at Ole Miss, she was a member of the track and field team. Lauren was able to take full advantage of her time as an NCAA student-athlete and was heavily involved on campus.
She served on the University's Food Bank Executive Board, was an active member of Alpha Phi Sorority, the Honor's College, and the Ole Miss Entrepreneurship Club.
During her final year of college (the first year NIL was available for student-athletes), Lauren was able to secure over 20 NIL deals! She is now a registered agent, to help you do the same.
Lauren currently serves as the Vice President of Athlete Management and Marketing for the Grove Collective, the Collective for Ole Miss. The Grove Collective was named as one of the top 10 most ambitious Collectives, raising over 10M and securing partnerships with brands including Wheel’s Up/ Delta Airlines, Realtree and HyperLuxe.

Dan Lust (@SportsLawLust) is a New York-based attorney at Moritt Hock & Hamroff, specializing in representing athletes, entertainers, influencers, musicians, and celebrities in business transactions. He's a recognized legal expert in the sports realm, appearing on various media outlets and hosting the popular podcast "Conduct Detrimental: THE Sports Law Podcast."
Dan is also an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School and Fordham Law School, teaching about sports law. He actively participates in the "NIL Pro Bono Project" at New York Law School, offering free representation and guidance on regulatory rules to amateur athletes. Known as @SportsLawLust on social, Dan has over 40,000 followers across all platforms for his legal analysis at the intersection of Sports & Law.
